Microtel by Wyndham Baguio

We were warmly welcomed by the accommodating and helpful staff upon our arrival. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Complete on what you expect in a hotel room. We stayed for two nights, and I can say it was a fantastic experience overall. Room Size:The double queen bed was perfect for my family, providing ample space for us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city of pines. Cleanliness: Room were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping maintained it throughout our stay. Breakfast: Includes variety of options including hot and cold items. Service: Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Others: Water dispenser with hot and cold in each floor. Free coffee in the lobby area. I recommend it to anyone seeking a reasonable and comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire team at Microtel by Wyndham Baguio for making our trip so wonderful!

I stayed at Microtel for just 5 hours. My bus from Cubao arrived at 2am and i already wanted to Rest so what better option than the Hotel beside the Terminal I was always curious about Microtel and finally got the Chance to stay. Check In was fast. I was given a room on the 3rd floor. Room was a bit small, measured it using my Digital Tape Measure and it just measured 20sqms. It had a Queen Sized bed which was very comfortable, an Aircon, Cable TV, Alarm Clock, Mini Ref, Carafe, glasses and Ice Bucket. The Bathroom had centralized water heating, toilet bowl and bidet had sanitized tags. Shampoo and Bath Gel provided in Dispenser, a toothbrush kit was also there. The Bathroom did look a bit old though and would need some TLC. My room did not have breakfast so i availed the buffet breakfast located at Amare for P350. It was mostly Filipino Fare Breakfast so it will not really appeal to those looking for western options, there was Tocino, danggit, chicken dish, pakbet, scrambled eggs, plain and garlic rice, salad, bread, powdered orange juice, coffee. It was overall a good stay, its proximity to the Bus Terminal was its main selling point to me. Definitely a good place to stay when in Baguio. BTW: there is an Ice Maker at the L Level

The motel is great, and the location is convenient, especially if you take the Victory Liner bus to Baguio. The bus terminal is right next door. This SM mall is an 8 minute walk, and other places are not far away. The continental breakfast was good. The only thing that was not good was the service in the restaurant attached to the motel. We received lackluster service from the staff. The motel staff, however, was great and friendly.

A 1 star hotel which should be a disgrace to the Wyndham brand. Minimal parking. Located next to bus station and some guy blowing a whistle 24/7 to direct bus traffic. Breakfast was very poor in comparison to similarly priced hotels in Philippines. Independent restaurant on site had good food but again the annoying whistle with window always open. Avoid this hotel.
